Growth Coaching provides a company specific coaching program for
SME companies that produce
scalable
innovative products and services for global markets. The
Growth Coaching program is built to meet a company’s particular
needs, and the length of company specific coaching lasts a maximum
of 25 days.
Target groups
A target group for Growth Coaching is innovative SME
companies that are able and inclined to grow. A company taking part
in the Growth Coaching must be located in the greater Helsinki
region.
Selection process
The selection process happens in two phases, and the final
selection is based on interviews:
1) Selection based on application
- Based on the details submitted by the
applicant, ability (e.g. credit details, criteria for SME
companies) of the company will be checked
- The company’s ability and determination
for growth is especially evaluated, as well as the international
potential of its business idea
- Preliminary assessment of the team,
based on the personnel details submitted
2) Interviews
- The interview meeting will be held
at the applicant company’s premises. It is not the aim of the
meeting to look for company aberrations or deficiency, but to
discuss whether Growth Coaching could be a solution for the
company’s current challenges
- Time for the interview will be decided
individually
- Interviews are two hours in length

Timetable for 2010
Applications can be submitted until the 28th of August, and
they will be handled four time in year. Applications will be
handled according to the following timetable. The last days for
submitting applications are: 14th of February, 21st of March, 25th
of April and 28th August.
The coaching is to be finalized by the 30th of November, and
the program will end on the 31st of December 2010.
Costs
The company’s own risk share is a minimum 20% of the coaching
fee, while the support can be a maximum 80%, but no higher that
712€ + VAT / coaching day.

The growth coaching can utilize consults that are approved by
a pool of coaches
